Damn Virus!!!

Ok I seem to have a virus at the moment which is continuosly is doing stuff on my bandwidth, it makes start ups AMAZINGLY slow, has disabled my norton anti virus and causes blue screen crashes every so often. The name of the file running in the background is msconfsys88.exe and I'm unable to end the process. What can I do?

The usual combonation of Spybot seek & destroy, AVG antivirus, and AdAware should do the trick.
