Hello,

I've recently switched to winxp and have been looking for some good tweaking programs. I'm not getting the framerate i should be getting and my 3d mark scores are down. Also my internet connection has been acting up in games where its like i've been losing bandwidth and i'm getting 300 ping at times.

Hopefully i'll be able to fix this with a tweak as i've checked my drivers and they seem fine.

So what programs would you people rate as good?
