Menus like the ones on Boards

Anyone got any tutorials or whatever on how to do the cool drop down menus like the ones that pop up when you hover over the different section buttons on boards? The ones up the top boards.ie . subbed. admin etc etc

Lots of prebuilt ones out there. Check www.webmonkey.com They had a tutorial on how to build one somewhere in there!
