I have officially been subscribed to sky for one year. In my opinion the programming has taken a nose dive into the sh*t pool, so I am contemplating cancelling the sky sub.

I have a P2 FTV card and wondered if it is possible to subscribe to a UK package with the card and start receiving my ITV & C4 as well as ITV2?

Is it common practice for sky to offer you a good deal (like 6 months sub for half price) in order to keep you before you cancel?

it has happened to some but not to everyone. you can cancel and keep the equipment and continue to use your FTV card. i dont know if you can upgrade it to a subscription but i would guess the answer to that is no

If you don't know where it came from, you can do nothing with it.
If you got it from a friend or relative in the UK, you can sub using their address if they agree and pay using a direct debit via your Irish credit card.
