My order was shipped on 24'th March which is a wednesday and still no luck

    Any Ideas anyone?

This is what it has been like since the 24'th:

Colis pris en charge dans notre réseau : Gennevilliers 24/03/04

Any ideas? Do they have a phone number I can call as they have not responded to my mails? Well only one last week and they said if it wasnt there by last friday 2'nd April, to contact them again and I have done but no response.

Any ideas what I can do?

SDS deliver it don't they if i remember correctly?

You should be aware that a lot of people are still waiting for even small parcels too be delivered which are well over 4 weeks late due too the postal dispute.

Poor you. If you really were in my position waiting on a total of 5 damned parcels. All of which are apparently stuck in a mountain in the An-Post DUBLIN main sorting depot.

If you live in Dublin. Please go around there and kick some arse. As if I do not start receiving my long overdue parcels tomorrow first thing. I think I am going too lose the head completely

Generally pc-look are pretty good for delivery....... 3-4 days. You cant really blame them for an post messing up. Alot of people in the same boat (im waitin on a couple of items also).

I know they are usually. they delivered stuff to me before.

I am waiting on two play.com orders.

    A blackstar.co.uk order.

An order from pc-look.com worth a hundred euro.

I need it god damn. Need it badly.

Are they in Dublin? If so, I will go get them. SDS do deliver pc-look.com dont they?

the worst thing of all is they have not replied to my emails!!!

AFAIK it somes via SDS, although i wasent in a rush for it and didnt really take note the last time.

Can see why your upset, they really should respond to your e-mails....... even if they are a french company the fact that they offer delivery to here and the uk and offer a translated to english website should mean they have english customer support.

If you get the tracking number and ring a post office they will tell you where it is (have had to do this too many times with SDS). Even if its not sorted to be sent out to you, the fact that they recieved delivery in ireland means it has to be scanned into there system (or so they tell me) and know where it is.
