Cleaning a Cd-Rom What is the best product to use when cleaning a cd rom? My cd player also needs a clean? Are all the products available of equal quality?

cd drive cleaners are not recomemded if it's a rewriter - heads are more delcate or something.

wipe along radial lines (across the tracks) - this way error correction might recover from small scratches - from the centre to edge
don't wipe along the tracks - ie holding the cloth and turning the cd
