    As long as you're not spamming or advocating something illegal / libellous, then I can't see why not (although I may be corrected). If your topic is more of a technical nature, it may be more suited to the Wireless board though.

    Depends. Is it a publically open SMSC or just a back door that you found open? The latter would be a no-no.
