Can she send them? Her profile on the network needs to be setup for both MMS GPRS and on the MMSC itself. If she can send them then these are ok.

They are available on the VFI web site - and you can probably find them on this board if you search. I am about to leave the office or I would try and dig them out for you. If you've not found them before I next read this I will try and do so.

Dont forget she needs to be MMS enabled (as stated in previous post) on the network.

Ok, call me stupid, but what is a t720? Did a search on google and it came up with some american motorola (gsm800/1900 so not much use here!). The Sony/Erics use Txxx range too, but cant find one of them...

Anyway I've set up many handsets for MMS on Voda using the Nokia instructions on the VodafoneLive page on www.vodafone.ie, but here are the instructions for a motorola. If it's not a moty then I'm sure you can work out what to do for whatever it is.

    MMS Settings:
1 From the main menu, select 'Vodafone live!' (Do NOT use the live! shortcut key)
2 Select ‘Web Sessions' & scroll to the settings you want to change (e.g. ‘MMS GPRS').
3 Press the menu key & select 'Edit'
4 NOTE: If you want to create a new profile, after selecting ‘Web Sessions’, select ‘New Entry’
5 Set 'Profile Name' to "MMS GPRS"
6 NOTE: If you selected an existing profile, you will not be allowed to edit the name.
    7 Set ‘Homepage’ to “http://www.vodafone.ie/mms”
    8 Set ‘Port 1’ to “9201”
    9 Leave ‘Domain 1’ blank
10 Set ‘Service Type 1’ to ‘WAP’
11 Scroll down until you reach ‘Timeout’ All these settings can be left as default.
12 Set ‘Timeout’ to ‘10 minutes’
13 Set ‘GPRS APN’ to “mms.vodafone.net”
14 Set ‘User Name 1’ to “dublin” (all lower case)
15 Set ‘Password 1’ to “dublin” (all lower case)
16 Select Done. The WAP settings have been saved; press the hang-up key to exit to the main menu.

Let me know how you get on.
