hi folks im coding a 8052 micro to a real time clock and lcd (dallas ds17887 rtc) here is my code so far, it assembles ok and i burn it to a hex file and dump it to the micro but i only get black boxes on the lcd......... :( it should have put the date (or day!) on the lcd, quite basic. when i get this done it will be…

hi folks

it should have put the date (or day!) on the lcd, quite basic. when i get this done it will be easier to get the time and dates set up properly and sent to the display.
