    Can any one help me?
    Im doing a portfolio for college, and It has to be finished on Wedensday.
    Can someone please outline exactly what should be in it???
    All help would be greatly accepted!

    The college should really be able to say what they expect in the portfolio.

    Go to qualifax.ie, and find the course and college your applying for, it tells you what they want.

    1:North west in Derry
    2:foundation arts - 1 year
    3: my portfolio, yes...sorta....:dunno:
    I have around 12 sheets in it...
    6 with sketches and drawings
    6 finished, mounted pieces.

    You need sketch books and loads of them. They need to see development of ideas.
    About 10 good quality finished pieces some showing development of a theme.
    Loads of sketches.

    there should be a theme running through it also. i had an interview in ballyfermott the other day and they were very helpful and very honest. they told me that my portfolio was very broad and that will totally screw me when i go for more interviews..
    But then i also havent a clue what im doing....
