    Hey,

I am going to Korn and my friend bought the tickets. I gave him the money and he went to the ticketmaster office and bought the tickets with cash. It says on the ticket they cost €44.50 (including booking fee). However my friend is saying that ticketmaster charged him and extra €10 on top of the €44.50 so I paid my friend €54.50 for tickets + booking fee.

Is this true or is he conning me out of money?

Well, the Ticketmaster website charges a €5.50 service charge, I don't think the office would charge more than that. Sure the agents only charge €2 per ticket, don't they? I think you're being had.

sounds like you covered both your friend and your bookin charge. get the receipt part of the ticket order take the total amount and divide by two is the traditional way.

The fee they charge is a handling fee, as far as I know they charge it wether you do it online, with credit card or with cash.........
if you want to pay a smaller charge (you still get charged 1-1.50 per ticket) get your tickets from the Soundcellar..........
