Saw them play temple bar after hearing only one song (New Beginnings) and it was probably the best gig I've seen there. Absolutely amazing. Real raw energy and a really tight live outfit. They were all really friendly afterwards and sat talkin for ages...apart from nate who only came back coz he forgot his wallet NO0oB.

Anyway. Yeah They really are a great band. Their drummer left last month.

they're working on a new album (which judging by what i've heard is going to be 10x times better then the first album and the EP put together)...

pity about the drummer leaving though

Yeah, their good. But i think their sound is a little too polished due to the fact that their on drive-thru records. But hopefully their new album well be really good. I heard "worms of the earth" from the Underworld soundtrack and i really like that.

If you like Finch, you should check out A Static Lullaby. I love their album.

i didnt go to that cause i only had heard "letter to you" and i thought that song was **** and i still do, but then few days after at glassjaw, i seen lot of muppets wearing finch t shirts so i checked out a few other songs, "worms of the earth" is pretty cool, so are a few others, nothing great but good, i think daryl plumbo is featured in one of the songs on the new album.

Cool, daryl again featured. The two songs he was on on 1st album were probably two of the best.:D

There currently working on the follow up to the What it is to Burn. But they also have a new drummer. I'm sure once the album is released and they start touring they'll pay a visit here. I'm pissed off I missed them!!! I love that album...

The old drummer pappa's was cool. Some people moaned that he used the double bass a bit too much, but i liked that!:dunno:
