sony laptop cpu problem

got my new laptop last saturday from america, sony vaio tr2ap and i know how laptop down clock to save the battery and such but my battery life is very long as it is and it usually down clocks to like 100mhz n 300mhz and its very fricken slow, so i want to disable this to leave it at 1000mhz all the time, you cant access…

it becomes very slow and even when im charging [atm] its 357mhz....

Go to your contol panel, power options, and change your power scgeme from "portable / laptop" to something like always on, minimal power management etc.
