NTL euronews

Just wondering does any one have the same problem as me with euronews on ntl digital,,, Problem I never have any sound on it (its not the no comment bit).I if i switch away and back a few times sometimes the sound comes in. rgds cuppa

I've never had any problems with Euronews but other have. Check this out:

As per my posts on the thread which round cable placed a link to, the problem lies with the smartcard not operating correctly with the digibox. It seems to be a fairly widespread problem ntl have , especially with the Pace Di4000 and 4001 set top boxes. Usually a new smartcard, or a digibox swap over will solve the problem.
