My favourite in Orlando is Universal Orlando. Much better than Disney. You have the original Universal Studios and the newer Island of Adventure which is brilliant.

Disneyworld is aimed more at kids but it is worth a look anyway. MGM Studios in Disney is very good but I dont like Epcot at all. They also have Pleaseure Island which is full of bars, clubs and restaurants abd next door to that is Disney Village which has more restaurants and plenty of shops.

Seaworld is really a matter of if you like seeing marine life up close or the shows with dolphins, orcas etc.

Wet n wild is a waterpark off International Drive. Plenty of slides, pools etc.

If you are getting a car its well worth checking out Busch Gardens in the Tampa direction or going over to Kennedy Space Centre. They might even have a launch while you are there.

For shopping try the Belz Factory Outlet and Premium Factory outlet for excellent prices on designer clothes and accessories.

Another tourist place for nightlife is Church Street Station.

Were off to Orlando next week :)

    Here are my tips:

    Parks:
Islands of adventure (the best rollercoster park in the world)
Busch Gardens (1/2 Zoo 1/2 rollercoasters)
Sea world & Discovery cove (if you can afford it and if it's your cup of tea)
    Universal Studio's

As bucks said (and imo) Epcot is a pile of shít. Kennady space centre is excellent and check to see if there are any shuttle launches. Were gonna try and see one on the 15th April.

Clearwater on the west coast has some superb beaches and if you fancy a change head down to the Florida Keys which is breathtaking.

Also make sure to bring your credit card and the outlet mall shopping is second to none.

This will be our 3rd time visiting Orlando. Imo it is the best holiday destination in the world.

Best advice for things to do in orlando?... Jump on Interstate 4 southbound for 'bout an hour.. . I highly recommend the Tampa bay area if your going kid-less.. the Ybor district is pretty happenin' ...

Try the other direction too, Daytona beach is one of the great beaches. The Ocean Deck bar is great, just get a pitcher of beer and look out at the beach (its right on the beach).

This thread is kinda close to what I'm looking for so thought I'd jump on...

Thinking of going to Orlando with the girlfriend and two friends (in the 1st two weeks of August) and looking for a bit of advice...

We're looking for possibly all inclusive (not 100% necessary) and there needs to be a good night life around.

I'd say we'll hit the parks, there's a lot of info already on these and I know it's no problem booking the tickets for the parks in a hundred places but what I'm having trouble looking for is where to get a combination of flight and hotel leaving from London (long story). There's millions of travel agents online and I feel like I'm going round in circles...

Any recommendations about where to stay and travel agents would be greatly appreciated
