    didnt realise scott hall was still employed by wwe at that time, let alone on that flight.

    He was released almost immediately after the flight, as far as I can remember.

    I would have thought action would have been taken sooner though, if anyone was going to do anything about it. Seems WWE always comes out better in court in recent times.
