    I'm looking for a cheap domain name, I just wana test out my server with MX and HTTP setup's etc

    anyone know where I can get one cheaply?

    HostIreland sell them for €9.95 ex-VAT

    If you just want to test a server www.dyndns.org should do the trick for free...

    I remember the days when domains cost 40 or 50 dollars. Godaddy are the best price I think and apart from having to wade through the pages of addons they want you to but, the are the biz.

    The GoDaddy special offer is likely to last beyond March. They had the same offer in January and February and were supposed to end at the end of those months.

    I've been with GoDaddy for a few years now. At the time I got a 10 year .com registration for about $50 iirc
