So whos your favourite intelligence agency or who do you think has the best, i've been reading some books recently that have been featuring some of the majar races agencies and have to say i always enjoyed the episodes that featured, the tal shiar, or the obsidian order and stuff

Obsidian Order has to be my favourite. Probably mainly due to Garak. Loved that episode of DS9, "Blaze of Glory" I think it was called, with Tom Riker in it. The whole thing about The Obsidian Order doing "something" that the military didn't know about, in some sector. And the ships! The ships they weren't supposed to have! Was brilliant.

Section 31's pretty cool too. 'Specially 'cause it's a fed organisation. And Slone, gotta love Slone...

aye sloan is the man and the whole fact that section 31 was in the original starfleet charter, hidden in plain sight makes it quite cool.

i also liked garak and enabran tain and that ep was cool with the joint tal shiar, obsid order taskforce that went to the gamma quadrant to destroy the dominion home world and got slaughtered great stuff.

Its too close between obsidian order and S31 for me 2 say

I love obsidian order cause if Gareck and tain, i love that 2 parter where the talsiar and obsidian order attack the founders homeworld.
