    Their guy Phil Hogan was on the radio this morning saying they will introduce a bill after easter to this effect.
    I'd post a link but the FG website seems to be down :confused: Anyway it sounded a bit like a cheap PR shot to me but it got me thinking:

    I just wonder what legal powers should such an enforcer have that the Director of Consumer Affairs does not already have?

    Maybe we should make a list here and LFCfan could turn them into a ripoffireland letter to FG?
