Have a problem, got load of ddr 1600 ram but not alot of 2100 or 2700.
Manual says my board will take 1600 but I just can get it working.

Have a AMD 1800+ on board and running at 133 clock speed, any ideas?

PC1600 would have a clock speed of 100MHz. You might need to go into the BIOS and set the speed manually. If you can't boot with the 1600s, stick in some 2100, set the memory clock speed to 100, shut down and stick the 1600s back in. Have you seen this memory working already in another machine?
