Wireless Router "Isdn" Internet?

If i got one of these "Details of Netgear WGR614 Cable/DSL 802.11g 54 Mbps Wireless Router" and got all the pc cards and so on. Could we use this with isdn "dont have cable or dsl" i log on using my computer, and my brother connects down in his room using the wireless router to get onto the internet and play games or surf…

Or is there any better way in doing this ?

We could run a cable all the way down but it must be about hmmm 20m's to his room. Maybe it be the better and cheaper way in doing this.
