Question on approx. prices

    This is one of those 'how long is a piece of string' questions.

    I'm getting a couple of jobs done on the house. 1) New PVC facia & guttering & sofit. 2) A proper stairs into the attic.

    My question is what shoud these jobs approximately cost? I know there are a lot of things that can effect the price but if anyone has had these jobs done how much did they pay? And would you have any recommendations? I'm in Dublin.

    1. Perhaps €40-70/m plus removcal of existing.
    2. In the order of €3,000-€5,000

    "String" prices.
