At a wild guess its for the possibility of a new board directory or possibly tests?

And since some moderator is bound to read this:

Please turn off stealth redirection on the boards.ie domain name. Im not familiar with how u control .ie domains, but if its as ez as .com it should take 30 seconds.

Its just an annoying feature which means you cant refresh properly when in a subdirectory or boards.

Damn right. i actually right clicked and opened the main frame in a new window. that gave me the actual forum's addy to add to my favourites. i mistyped the last digit, and got this forum. Also going through the numbers.... it seems there are extra 'hidden' forums here also...

Btw, as far as I know, the CTYI and Belvedere boards are supposed to be private, which is why they're not listed at boards.ie/bulletin.
