Could you offer some more details such as company name, expeirience required, what type of database, what language the person will be coding in?

Also remote working means working from home correct?

this website is a simple enough site where the users can search for cars / property
where the admin section can add edit and delete etc...

the client/ users can search under 4 /5 fields to get results
when a user carries out a search the location of the car is highlighted by a section of the map changeing colour
