No signal being recieved

    Hey ever since friday i'm recieving that message on digital, no channels are showing up...i reckoned it was the dish pushed about in the wind, i tightened it up, but still not getting anything..sky say they can have someone out on the 29th, andyopne know if theres anything i can try in the mean time?...thanks

    I got the same message yesterday but all I did was plug out the receiver for a minute the replug it in and all all channels came back, it might be just a case of rebooting your box.

    i messed around with it outside while my dad was looking at the signal test screen until it locked in properly and its wroking grand now

    Am also getting same since Friday. Reckoned it was knocked off alignment by the wind but rang Sky yesterday and went through the steps with their support person on the off chance. No difference. Gave me the number for the crowd who did the install and told me to ring them. Did a bit of googling to see how easy/difficult it would be to do myself. Found this:

    which looks quite helpful. Think I'll give that a try and only call someone out if I have to. Reckon they're going to be rather busy realiging dishes after the last few days ;)

    yeah thats the site i looked at, the earliest sky could get someone out was the 29th, it went after the stormy night last week, so most lieley same thing happened to you
