This will be a lot better and a harder match then the Brazil game. the Czechs haven't lost in 20+ games and have one of the world's best players in Nedved. Can't wait.:)

dont think czech rep can be compared to brazil. they remind me of us in many ways in that they are solid and always manage to pull of shocks.

i dont regard them as a top 10 team like fifa do, they are over-rated imo. id rate them equally with us. with home advantage i'd expect nothing but a win for ireland.

Overrated by who exactly? Fifa's rankings are worked out by the teams results, not by who they think is best. Their last match they drew 2-2 AWAY in Italy. They beat Holland 3-1 to win the qualifying group for Euro 2004. They have only lost once since the end of 2001 and that was a friendly in France. No matter who the Czech's beat I definitely wouldn't regard it as a shock.

You are talking about the Czech republic aren't you?

Does anyone fancy telling us all how long they have been in the top 10 rankings? They have been there since late 1997!
