Does anyone use an MSI FX5200 NVidia Card or Sapphire Radeon 9200SE Atlantis Card on a Desktop Video Editing System?

Both are 128mb ddr RAM, but the MSI costs 100euro in peats and the Sapphire is only 50 euro on komplett.

Both also have TV out. Is one better than the other???

The general view is that the Radeon cards are better when working with Video. Though personally I think their drivers aren't very robust. If you are looking at doing video I'd consider a Radeon AIW card. There are a few different models, VE AIW PCI, 9000AIW, 9600AIW and 9800ProAIW etc. They all have the same video I/O functionality but different levels of 3D gaming performance. So if you don't want to play games just get the cheapest one.

The FX5200 is a low end card, you should avoid it unless its all you can afford.
