    Any recommendations for me?

    DDR2700? DDR3200? ECC? NON ECC?

Go to http://www.crucial.com/uk - you can choose your motherboard and it'll recommend what RAM to get for it.

Thats the same mobo i have, :D

DDR333 is what you want alright

MSI are great, id advise you grab the latest BIOS and all that, there are some cool upgrades I got, and have you ever thought of installing linux? that MSI mobo makes a very very nice linux box. The BIOS has great features (very fancy) , you can overclock, cpu, gfx card, ram to the extreme and all sorts of stuff. :)
