The first two stand out more than anything as the villains I liked from when I used to read Iron Man, but I tend to find supervillain characters somewhat boring...

Joker from the Batman film is my favourite villain. The one from the series used to scare me ****less when I was 5 yrs old, I used to hide behind my couch whenever he came on.
