    I was wondering where there any readers involved in journaling groups especially in journaling for psychological improvement and self help. Also if you have any books to recommend. Or if there are any journaling meetings or courses going on in Ireland I would be interested

    Journaling? As in journalistic writing or the keeping of a journal?
