hyperterminal for linux?????

    Hi,
    Does anyone know of a hyperterminal type application for linux?????
    I just want to talk to a board but don'y have a windows machine available?

    i've used minicom, i think it did the same thing as hyperterminal for me, but this was many years ago!!

    have a look round for it.

    yea, minicom is pretty class ok.
