No bill from UTV

    Signed up my dad for UTV telephone only. Trouble is he never gets a bill from them. I set up a special email addy for him. Any suggestions. He doesnt have a computer.

    Do they send out paper bills?

    I've never received a paper bill from them.

    I always get an email when my bill is online though. Give them a ring - I signed up online and it messed up a bit and never associated my email address with my account, so I had to ring them to fix it.

    You can print your fully itemised monthly bill onto paper, however we can arrange to have the bill posted to you on request. If you require a hard copy of your fully itemised bill this will incur a charge of €3.00 per month.
