card borked?

    i just got a power color radeon 9800 pro from jes-computers borked.jpg

    a well as u can see the card is borked :(
    this is faulty memory on the card and i should just ruturn it right?

    yes it's faulty memory and i would return it straigh away.

    no im running it at default clock speeds i have never overclocked it

    The Ram fitted to some of the Powercolor's and sapphires can be right up to there limit at stock speeds (depending on the brand)..... this means there is a fine line between not having artifacts and having some.

    Mine overclocks around 5mhz on the memory before artifacts show up....... guess your just unlucky :( . RMA definetly .......
