Na, I can't get into Hotmail either. MSN Messanger seems to be still working though.

Messanger is running fine for me, telling me when I have new mails. I'm on Netsource. It's doubtful Microsoft would block their own websites.

Dont know if its connected, but I decided to test out hotmail the other day by sending myself a mail from my other email account. It took 22 hours to appear in the inbox.:dunno:
