    Jaarius,

The online Quake Community in Ireland is quite small, but has been around for, what, 5 years or so now. There have been loads of competitions, and almost all players have met the others and gone on the p!ss etc. The Irish competitions these days lead on to the European championships. (http://www.cpleurope.com) The next competition coming up will be mentioned on www.Quake.ie, so if you are interested read that from time to time. If you play Quake1, there is currently a league almost finished, but will be starting up again in a few weeks, so maybe u could get on a team.
