One of the best shows on TV in ages. Too bad there's so few episodes :(

Yep, last episode had a classic 'Chicago' esque power ballad by Dr Sanchez.... awesome.

It was the best show around, god i cryed laughing at every episode, i just watch them over and over, so funny. Dont think it got good numbers watching it, doesnt seem to be word of a second season unfortunatly :( , but god damn Dean Learner is the funniest actor/producer ever, his phone calls had me on the floor everytime.

Dean Learner is the best character in it.

Classic moment in a Dean Learner interview:
Dean: I punched one of the child actors.
(Cutaway to still image of the kid.) :D

Also when he is supposed to be banging his fist off the table in anger and shouting had me falling about the place!!

Then there's bad editing, continuity mistakes & cheesy joke at the end of each episode. :)

    check out the interviews:

Classic program, missed 2 of them though. I'm thinking of getting them since there's only 6 episodes, for prosperity.

I love the show, I think they're showing it on C4 and E4 at the mo, although I haven't seen it in a couple of weeks. It's just so funny and cheesy, and the way he always ends up on the roof at the end pondering stuff!

It's just a different type of humour I think. A bit like smack the pony, if you've ever watched that. It's funny cos it's just so completly cheesy and ridiculous(sp)!

totally agree, think its along the lines of the office. theyre taking the piss out of themselves a bit. love dean learner in it, completely brilliant. actor acing like an actor that cant act...class. gotta love the ridiculous amount of slow motion, that marenghi explains by not having had enough filmed for each time slot. we want more!

Cant wait to see it on DVD.

Dean Lerner: Garth is the best I've ever worked with and I've worked with Lulu and four other people so were talking the crem de la crem.

Garth: I know writers who use subtext, they're cowards.
