I just cancelled the domain name I had to register with netsource SOHO, their contract no longer requires you to have a domain name with them. If I got webspace from blacknight could I get the domain thru blacknight?

Do you mean a new registration or do you want to transfer the domain from netsource to us?

Well I payed $10 a month for the service on netsource, and if i look up the domain its registered to me, so do I transfer it?

If the domain is registered to you transferring it should not be a problem.
