I returned to my youth last night and went to see Status Quo in Castlebar. Such a collection of mullets and moustaches, and that was just the women!! They won't get any awards for breaking new ground with their musical ability, but what a massive sound!!

Aw man!! :( I was supposed to go, but the price of the tickets was too steep for a struggling student (€40 a ticket!!)
Would have loved to have been there, but, alas, I'll have to make do with the CD's!
Did they play all the classic stuff, threebeards?

Sure did - Down Down, Sweet Caroline, Whatever you want etc etc. I have to admit I got a freebie. Not too sure if I would have paid the €40 yo yo's. Nevertheless, a great night and in bits this morning. Sambuca is a great plan at the time!!!
