    HDD: Seagate Barracuda 120GB

All comes to bout 1069, I have a Graphics Card lying about which will do for what I want right now and Ive got a spare USB card. Now I need to find a nice black 15" CRT monitor for about €300, anyone know of anywhere?

If any of those components arent compatible or seem crap please let me know

    you'll need some case fans.

can i suggest two 80mm fans at front and one 80mm fan at the back.

www.hitide.ie have good fans so do www.overclockers.co.uk

www.komplett.ie aint the best for fans.

check out elara for the monitor for 300 euros you can get a 19inch never mind a 15 inch. www.elara.ie

the motherboard has 4USB ports on it and comes with a pci header thing that gives an extra 2 USB/firewire.

i've the same setup myself cept for the case and the ram.

    great piece of kit

also just after noticing that your psu is 360w i dunno if that will power it cos i had a 420w cheiftec and it blew after a months use.

then i bought the antec trueblue 480w from www.elara.ie and it's great

All good choices although you do need a good Graphics card to finish the rig,

& dont use the stock cooler, get yourself a Zalman or thermaltake HSF very good preformance.

    Thanks joePC

    Chauffe, Marcel, chauffe!

Do you not want to overclock at all? If you do, you'd be better of with higher rated memory. Depending on your intentions, PC3500 or PC4000

Also is that hard disk SATA? You might as well go there provided your mobo supports it

Best of luck with your first build :)
