ATL EXE Servers & CoGetClassObject

    Right,

I've got an ATL COM EXE Server with one COM object, a singleton that aggregates another from a DLL. However, I can't get a client to connect to it.

CoCreateInstance fails with "(0x80080005): Server Execution Failed." I've tracked this down to CoGetClassObject. I can see the EXE being launched, and from trace statements, I can see that AtlComModuleRegisterClassObjects and CoResumeClassObjects are called, but no joy on trying to connect.

I'm on Win2K SP4, developing using Visual Studio .NET 2003.

    Any ideas?

    Tendofan
