Looks like Moto are trying hard, not long since their recent 3GSM Microsoft, Symbian and Linux SmartPhone announcements, wonder if what they have left for CeBIT...

C650 - Basic model including MP3 ring tones, VGA Camera, 128x128 colour display, Java and their MotoMixer app for creating tones

E398 - stereo speakers, VGA camera, MP3 Playback, 176x220 colour display, Java, Bluetooth and memory expansion with T-Flash (that's right - yet another type of removable memory card!)

E680 - Linux based OS, stereo speakers, VGA camera, Real Player, MP3 playback, Java, SD memory card slot, 240x320 colour screen,

looks like a great handset alright - but that mini SD card expansion slot (rather than SD/MMC) is making me hold off to see what others come out with

also haven't been able to find out which Bluetooth implementation it is using, the built-in Microsoft one currently isn't great (compared to Widcomm's)

might be some more contenders after CeBIT next week
