I'm also looking at the mju (aka Stylus) 400. Seems quite good but apparently it has quite a slow lens which can result in poor performance in dim light conditions. There is a comprehensive review and sample images from it and other cameras on www.dcresource.com

The Stylus 400 is a water resistant camera. Obviously, when used with a marine case it becomes a waterproof camera. Another camera to consider if you're after a water resistant camera is the Pentax Optio 33 WR. This has a faster lens than the Olympus and it records movies with sound unlike the Olympus.
