q3 server

    we're planning on setting up a q3 server here in work.
    it will be over 10/110 ethernet witha hp kayak server.
    any advice should we go nt/nix?

    whats the deal with configuring the server?
    is it any more conplex that just creating a server on the machine you are playing?

    help appreciated
