Dragging folders

I've a NT4 storage server & I want to stop users from 'accidently' dragging folders into sub folders. Is there any way of stopping this?

Chop off one of their fingers every time it happens.

Either they'll get the message or pretty soon they'll be unable to click the mouse ineptly.
