can anyone tell me what exactly eircom have to do to switch my BB on?? Does it involve an engineer going out to the green boxy things around the place or do they do it from their offices or something? Im waiting for mine to be activated, and I spotted an engineer at the phone-line box (dont know the proper name, are they…
