    I was looking in PCWorld at the Compaq Persarios, seem priced ok. Anyone know where I'd get a specification of the PC World machines one line? I don't know how they relate to the ones on the HP/Compaq site, since they come with monitors in PCW and don't on the website.

    The Compaq models that are sold in PC World are the same as the ones referenced on the compaq/HP site.

    They are not 100% the same. They have monitors in PCW and the DVD/CDROM options can be different to whats listed on the HP site. The HP site doesn't give enough information either, refresh speed of the TFT's for example.
