Meteor goes down for an hour - Oops

    Mobile Phone Company Meteor has said 180,000 customers were affected when its network crashed this morning. The company has said customers were left without service for over an hour, when difficulties arose with upgrade work being carried out. A spokesman for the company says the problem has since been rectified. The company hopes to achieve 88% population coverage, when its current phase of upgrade work is complete.
