I'm looking to pick a few mods for a LAN at some stage. Something that would be suitable for 2-3 players.

Been working through some of the Shadowlords series by Adam Miller. They're pretty good but can be slow going on a LAN since there's a good bit of roleplaying involved.

Can anyone recommend anything in the hack 'n slash vein maybe?

however as for spesfic Mods that are any good i'd suggest you ask Rev Hellfire
as the guys play NWN quite regularly online, the mods he suggests you'll be able to get at the above site
