McGurn reinstated

THE IRFU have reinstated Mike McGurn as fitness coach to the senior squad following a period of suspension imposed as a consequence of a newspaper interview given at the end of the recent world cup.

Following a number of meetings at which he formally acknowledged inaccuracies expressed in the interview and for which he stated his regret, McGurn resumes duties with immediate effect and will be part of the Irish party which departs for London on Thursday.
