I have been advised that if you are baptised that your name gets put down on some registry .... any suggestions on how to get your name removed from this registry?

It's just a baptismal reg. it's not very impoetant, and only really used for things like confirmations, weddings, that sort of thing.
All you have to do is find out where you were baptized and then ask the preiest incharge if he can remvoe your name.
